hi sarah! i'll be baking a birthday cake for my boyfriend's sister, and since i'll be using fondant, i thought of having carrot cake. since i plan to make each cake layer at least 4 inches high, can i bake the carrot cake in one deep pan and just layer it once done? or do i have to use several 2 inch deep pans? which cakes can i bake in just one deep pan? thanks!
