I was hoping anyone can tell me about this cake decorating technique... I saw a cake and the side of it is like wrapped by a thin sponge cake which consist of layers of very thin coloured sponge cake (chocolate-white-choc-white-choc-white... etc) there are many layers. It is wrapped around the cake and it's looks nice and tidy. can anyone tell me what this technique is and how to do it? thank you=) Liliana.
