Hi Sarah how are you? Quick question. I have a request to make a strawberry cheesecake. But they requested to have chopped strawberries throughout the cheesecake. Can this be done? I was worried that when the strawberries were added to the cheesecake batter that the sugar would make the juice come out of the strawberries in turn making the batter too thin. Any thoughts on how to do this? Thankyou in advance! Jamie
