Hi Sarah! Am doing a cookie recipe that calls for rolled oats. But it's not actually an oatmeal cookie. What does oatmeal do for a recipe? Besides the taste I mean. Is there any substitute? In the few minutes surfing your site, I've learned so much already. I Love it! I've bookmarked it as one of my favorites :)
