I saw the 'Rich Chocolate-Almond Sponge and Coffe Genoise Sheet Cake Recipie" and I can't wait to try it, the problem is that I want to deliver it in the morning so I don't have time and it has to be prepared the night befor, should I keep it freezed then and take it out in the morning or just keep it from the begining in the room temp. ? pls tell me as soon as possible I would like to try it this week, I would also like to know if there is a substitution for the "Kahlua Rum Syrup" cause frankly I don't know what's the Kahlua and I think the Rum is alcohol which I don't have in my recipies at all, so would the simple syrup be enough ?
and if I baked it in 8" or 10" round pan will the result be still the same just longer time for baking ?
