Hi Sarah, I truly enjoy logging in to your website. If the receipe calls for All Purpose flour, can I substitute it with Cake flour for a finer texture. I know a lot of baking books says to use the flour as indicated in the receipe. The cake that I'm making has sour Cream and bits of cookies. Thanks
