Hi Lorena! Thanks for your nice compliments!! I would place a baking stone or baking sheet on the bottom shelf of your oven, line it with aluminum foil and preheat it. Then, place your pie on top of the heated stone or sheet. It will increase the heat on the bottom of the pie, helping it bake better. You can also partially bake a pie crust, fill it and then finish baking it, but I like the heated stone idea better. Try it first.
