SARA, I HAVE JUST MADE BAGELS THREE TIMES AND ALTHOUGH THEY TASTE OKAY I DO NOT SEEM TO GET THE SMOUTH CONSISTENT SHAPE I WOULD LIKE. IS THERE A TOOL FOR SHAPING AND PUNCHING THE HOLES IN THE CENTER OR DO I JUST NEED MORE PRACTICE? I AM AFRAID IF I KNEAD THEM TOO MUCH THEY WILL TURN TOUGH, SHOULD THAT BE A CONCERN? MINE ARE NOT SHAPED PRETTY, SORT OR LUMPY, OR IS THE HOLE THE SAME IN EACH ONE. THANKING YOU IN ADVANCE!
