Hello Sarah, I have not been in your board for many months (I think I have lost a lot). Congratulations! Itīs great, really. You must be proud of your work. Just a question now: I have a problem with my pie crusts. The matter is that my oven does is electric and does not heat from the bottom. When I make a pie, and not prebake the crust (alone) it turns wet. When I do a meringe pie or a tart thereīs not problem, but when an apple pie finishes with wet bottom crust.
