Remote Name: 216.244.6.199 Comments I am making wedding cakes and I am making them from scratch, sometimes I am finding that they are not as moist as I would like them to be. I always use a butter cake because they are so sturdy.Should I be brushing them with a glaze or a simple syrup before hoand. does this really keep them moister? Or just make them soggy?
